Dick Brown's Dollars

One has to wonder how Dick Brown feels about the $57,962.26 he paid John Daigle and David Whitlock of Principle Creative Inc in his losing bid for an At-Large Jacksonville City Council seat?  After all, Mr. Brown was the sole Republican in the race--something that has guaranteed a win for Duval County candidates for years.  Perhaps that $11,500 in "Consulting Fees" might have been better spent elsewhere...
